Our complex recently underwent a change in Managing Agent from a well-known organisation to Misty Lakes. Best decision ever! Misty Lakes not only made the take-on process seamless but also went beyond the norm to ensure we, as the trustees, felt seen and heard. The patience and level of expertise from Miguel and his team has been refreshing to what we experienced with our previous MA. Queries (even those after hours) are responded to timeously and thoughtfully, maintenance and repairs by the Misty Lakes team are fast and of high quality and the guidance from them, especially concerning legalities of the Act has been impressive. The company’s approach to debt and financial management is pre-emptive and access to information through the portal is fantastic.
